We’ll start with a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule 1–2 assessment sessions, followed by an overview of the treatment plan and time to address any questions or concerns.

For children and adolescents, I start with a parent intake session, meeting with one or both parents to gather information and plan treatment before meeting with the child.

Yes, I accept certain insurance carriers and provide superbills for out-of-network benefits. Please reach out for more information.

I reserve a certain number of sliding-scale slots for those who are eligible.

Individual sessions are typically around 45 minutes, and initial assessment sessions are around 55 minutes.

I accept all major credit cards (including HSA and FSA).

I require at least 24 hours’ notice in advance for cancellation.
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in the full session fee being charged.
